In this series, the food stylist Luis Flor and I have used the raw ingredients themselves to paint a colorful canvas, creating vibrant culinary artistry with the goal of making it look both delicious and visually captivating, offering a fresh perspective on the world of pasta.
From the creamy Spaghetti Carbonara to the vibrant Linguine al Pesto, not forgetting the delightful combination of Conchiglie with Salmon, and last but not least, some Tagliatelle with aubergine and tomatoes for the health-conscious folks out there.
